Po ukončení stavebních prací se zámek připravuje na kolaudaci a otevření výstavy. Pokračuje fáze přípravy a práce na stálé interaktivní výstavě Sámova říše, která bude na zámku umístěna. Zpracovává se rozklesení expozic, plánů na výrobu exponátů, zjišťování vhodného materiálů a upřesnění audio - video projekce a aplikací.

V těchto měsících byly ve špičkové kvalitě dokončeny v celém objektu práce obkladačské, hlavně podlahy a sokly, omítky a výmalba všech místností, truhláři provedli montáž zárubní a dveří, osadili krásné schodišťové stupně a zábradlí,
Byly dokončeny veškeré práce na hygienckém zázemí. Byla dokončena montáž vjezdové mříže a ostatních ochranných mříží oken a dveří, byly dokončeny práce elektroinstalace.
Stavba byla podle plánu k 31.10.2023 kompletně dokončena.
Ani se nechce věřit, že se z totální ruiny vyklubalo něco tak nádherného.

V rámci rekonstrukce poloviny objektu zámku byly v únoru až květnu 2022 dodělány hrubé podlahy a stropy, připraveny otvory pro dveřní a okenní výplně, byl smontován a zaklopen krov, byly položeny přípojky sítí, došlo k ukončení archeologických prací v západním křídle a byla dokončena výstavba ochozu ve vnitřní části nádvoří.

Stavební práce pokračovaly v západní a v části jižního křídla objektu, byly provedeny dozdívky stěn a oken, proběhlo bourání otvorů pro dveře, betonáž stropu 1. PP, montáž stropních trámů a jejich záklop a vyzdívání římsy.

V září byly zahájeny práce spojené s přípravami a počátečními činnostmi na stavbě . Práce pokračovaly výkopem základů ochozu, ke kterému byl přizván archeolog Národního památkového ústavu. Koncem října byl zahájen záchranný archeologický průzkum, který odhalil v 1. PP gotické části, pod prachovým nášlapem, dochovanou valounovou dlažbu a pod ní pravěkou kulturní vrstvu. V prosinci byly udělány hrubé podlahy v gotické části a byla dokončena velká část vnitřního ochozu (loubí).
